We want you to be satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, you can request a return under the conditions below.

 

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for worn, washed, or damaged items, sale items, or gift cards.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, check your bank account and contact your payment provider.
